    How it works: you use the green number call system (local call charge is included in the card price) and the carrier code, identified by GLOBAX. Later you enter the PIN code and destination number, using town or country prefix.

*This sequence is used both for calls made from Romania and other countries.

    Operating instructions:

1. Dial the local access number (only for calls from outside Romania)
2. Dial the carrier code number 1033
3. Dial your PIN
4. Dial the destination number,including the international access code.
