VPN Services (Virtual Private Network)

optic, radio, ISDN and dedicated lines connections. VPN services allows the company’s branches or mobile employees to connect safely to the company’s server,
placed in the central network. From the user’s point of view, VPN is a point to point connection between the local network or company’s branches user and the
corporation’s server.
Designing and materializing Virtual Private Network (VPN) services
Our company installed the first private data network in Romania with a satellite transmission support and using the ISBN-banking
solution developed by Hughes Network Systems, the world leader of this type of network. At present, they assure the installation and operating of the biggest
network of this type in Romania, the Shell network, which includes over 80 terminals used for on-line transactions.
We designed and materialized the first private multi-protocol STAR topology network witch integrates voice services, video-conferences,
TCP/IP, transparent synchron and asynchron data transmissions. Integrating data and voice applications is very important both for designing our own networks
and for services we provide for the clients attracted by the the reduce cost of such a system, estimated somewhere between 20 and 50% of a traditional switch
network.
Radio transmission allows quick solutions and connecting to various locations placed at relatively reduce distances. Designing and
materializing Virtual Private Network (VPN) services is made taking under consideration short and long time necessities, the system allowing low costs
integration for a new application. The system is addressed to TCP/IP, voice, facsimile, synchron and asynchron data transmissions.
The transmission support is assured with point-multipoint radio equipment with access in 3.5 GHz protected band and point to point
connections, both achieved with SDH technology.
